Dimensioning of the dryer to guarantee the production capacity requested by the customer. Through the processing of technical data, surveyed and supplied, we are able to perform a correct evaluation and design, using a calculation program that we have developed and customized over time and with the experience of our technologists.
In most cases, the “bottleneck” of a particleboard plant is the dryer.
The fundamental value of capacity of a dryer is the amount of water that it can evaporate, and the amount of wood flakes is only a secondary factor.
In lack of evaporation of the required amount of water, the production capacity of the entire plant is reduced.
