But not always it goes like that, indeed it happens rarely. With considerable expenditure then of time and money, and a frantic search for quick and effective solutions. The purchase assistance we provide, carrying out surveys and tests and requesting you the necessary data according to your needs, will eliminate these problems. Interventions on existing plants
Important are the interventions for malfunctions and other problems, poor production yield, and/or final product not in line with the expectations and market demands.
Our interventions start from a careful analysis and diagnosis, structured on data that we directly detect on the plant and we elaborate thanks to the experience and to the technological programs that we have developed and we constantly update. We are then able to take concrete action to resolve the problem, if necessary with our personnel.
Modification - double production
It may happen that in a certain period of time the market require a quantity of the product made by a plant (i.e. MDF) lower than the production capacity of the plant itself, but there be on the contrary a great request for another product (i.e. particleboard) that the plant we considered cannot produce.
A good solution is the addition of new machinery in the existing line, so as to make, on the same line from the forming belt on, the type of product presently more requested by the market.
Reconversion - raw material
A plant is designed and realized to utilize one certain type of raw material (i.e. wood, bagasse, jute or other vegetable fibers). It might be appropriate or necessary for a variety of reasons to have/want to use a different raw material. In this case it is possible to convert the plant according to the new needs that have arisen.
Second hand - Machinery - Used plants
The reconditioning of individual machines or complete plants requires experience in the evaluation and a lot of information on the state of the used part, and of the plant or area where it is destined. It can be a convenient choice, especially if the purchase is directed to several parts of the system or to a complete plant, but it is necessary to know how to evaluate each individual machine and part. It may happen that in a used system for sale some of the machines are unusable or in poor condition, conditions that require a well executed reconditioning.
The evaluation, the ability to intervene in refurbishing, the evaluation in integrating any new machines, are very important factors to obtain the result, that is a perfectly functioning plant for a long time.
The same problems arise and must be assessed and resolved in the event of the purchase of several parts coming from different plants.
We supervise and conduct in an organic way, classifying the pieces, the dismantling of the purchased plant or the parts purchased, in order to make the reassembly in the place of destination straightforward, without long times and expenses, and unpleasant surprises.
